Delivery:
I aim to dispatch all online orders within 1-3 working days, however, due to the nature of handmade items at times there may be delays. I will contact you if dispatch will take longer with an estimated dispatch date, and offer a refund if you are not happy with the new date. All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. I endeavour to keep the site current and fully updated with new products and removing old ones, however, if your order cannot be fulfilled I will contact you to discuss an alternative product or arrange a full refund.
I currently am only able to ship within the United Kingdom, however, I plan to extend my delivery service further afield shortly.
Important information for customers from outside EU countries: If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes which customers will need to pay on receipt of the shipment. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Returns:
I hope you will be pleased with your purchase, however, if for some reason you are not happy with it, please email me within 7 days of receipt to arrange a refund. All items must be returned in unused condition and in original packaging. You are responsible for the cost and safe return of items, and I recommend a ‘signed for’ or ‘tracked’ service as I am unable to accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit.
The cost of goods returned will be refunded within 3 days of safe receipt here.
I carefully check and package all items, but if your item is damaged or faulty on arrival please contact me on studio@pennyspoonerceramics.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph clearly showing the damage to the item, along with the packaging.
Please note that used or customer-damaged items, and all sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged (statutory rights not affected).
